Symptoms

Die Replikationsverbindung ist mit einem Fehler fehlgeschlagen:

Failed: The system encountered a REST connection failure. (Error Code:0x102)
Rollback Result: Task was rolled back and marked as failed. This is because some tasks failed or SP rebooted during task execution. (Error Code:0x100a

Replikationssitzung zeigt Fehler an:

The system encountered an unexpected error. Try again and if that attempt fails then search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x6000003)

 

Cause

Die Admin-Zugangsdaten des Storage-Arrays haben sich geändert.

Die Authentifizierung zwischen Quelle und Storage-Array schlägt fehl.

 

Resolution

  1. Aktualisieren Sie die Admin-Zugangsdaten auf dem Quell- und Zielarray in der Replikationsverbindung.
  2. Führen Sie "Überprüfen und aktualisieren" für die Replikationsverbindung auf beiden Seiten aus. Sie sollte grün sein.

 

Additional Information

Muss die Protokolle /EMC/CEM/log/cemtracer_dataprotection.log überprüfen und die Instanzen auf Authentifizierung und Verbindung abgelehnt überprüfen.
