Symptoms

La conexión de replicación falló con el error:

Failed: The system encountered a REST connection failure. (Error Code:0x102)
Rollback Result: Task was rolled back and marked as failed. This is because some tasks failed or SP rebooted during task execution. (Error Code:0x100a

La sesión de replicación muestra un error:

The system encountered an unexpected error. Try again and if that attempt fails then search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x6000003)

 

Cause

La credencial de administrador del arreglo de almacenamiento cambió.

La autenticación falla entre el arreglo de almacenamiento y el origen.

 

Resolution

  1. Actualice la credencial de administrador en el arreglo fuente y de destino en la conexión de replicación.
  2. Realice "verificar y actualizar" la conexión de replicación en ambos lados; debe estar en verde.

 

Additional Information

Debe verificar los registros /EMC/CEM/log/cemtracer_dataprotection.log y comprobar las instancias de Autenticación y Conexión rechazada.
