Symptoms

복제 연결에 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생했습니다.

Failed: The system encountered a REST connection failure. (Error Code:0x102)
Rollback Result: Task was rolled back and marked as failed. This is because some tasks failed or SP rebooted during task execution. (Error Code:0x100a

The system encountered an unexpected error. Try again and if that attempt fails then search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x6000003)

 

Cause

스토리지 어레이의 관리자 자격 증명이 변경되었습니다.

소스와 스토리지 어레이 간에 인증이 실패합니다.

 

Resolution

  1. 복제 연결의 소스 및 대상 어레이에서 관리자 자격 증명을 업데이트하십시오.
  2. 양쪽에서 복제 연결에 대해 "확인 및 업데이트"를 수행합니다. 녹색이어야 합니다.

 

Additional Information

/EMC/CEM/log/cemtracer_dataprotection.log 로그를 확인하고 인증 및 연결 거부 인스턴스를 확인해야 합니다.
