Symptoms

複寫連線失敗，並顯示錯誤：

Failed: The system encountered a REST connection failure. (Error Code:0x102)
Rollback Result: Task was rolled back and marked as failed. This is because some tasks failed or SP rebooted during task execution. (Error Code:0x100a

複製工作階段顯示錯誤：

The system encountered an unexpected error. Try again and if that attempt fails then search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x6000003)

 

Cause

儲存陣列的管理員登入資料已變更。

來源和儲存陣列之間的驗證失敗。

 

Resolution

  1. 在複寫連線的來源和目的地陣列更新管理員登入資料。
  2. 對兩側的複製連接執行「驗證和更新」，它應該為綠色。

 

Additional Information

必須驗證紀錄 /EMC/CEM/log/cemtracer_dataprotection.log，並檢查例項是否有驗證，且連線遭拒。
