Symptoms

复制连接失败，出现错误：

Failed: The system encountered a REST connection failure. (Error Code:0x102)
Rollback Result: Task was rolled back and marked as failed. This is because some tasks failed or SP rebooted during task execution. (Error Code:0x100a

复制会话显示错误：

The system encountered an unexpected error. Try again and if that attempt fails then search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x6000003)

 

Cause

存储阵列的管理员凭据已更改。

源和存储阵列之间的身份验证失败。

 

Resolution

  1. 在复制连接中更新源阵列和目标阵列的管理员凭据。
  2. 对两侧的复制连接执行“验证和更新”，它应该是绿色的。

 

Additional Information

必须验证日志 /EMC/CEM/log/cemtracer_dataprotection.log 并检查实例是否存在“身份验证”和“连接被拒绝”。
