Symptoms



根據環境因素和組態設定，此問題的顯示方式可能略有不同。多個 ISYS 索引應轉換為單個 ElasticSearch 索引，並且僅當基於不同因素（消息數、卷數、存檔資料夾中的自定義設置等）計算的特定閾值時，才應滾動到新的 ElasticSearch。通常，ElasticSearch 索引會增長到幾個 GB，然後再滾動到下一個 ElasticSearch 索引。

當數據節點超過 500 個分片時，ElasticSearch 會出現性能問題。使用者超過此值的次數越多，效能問題就越嚴重，而且發生下列問題的機會也就更大：
 

1. 使用者正在將 ISYS 索引轉換為 ElasticSearch。
使用者正在將 ISYS 索引轉換為 ElasticSearch，並會看到 SourceOne 在轉換期間建立數個 ElasticSearch 索引。這些索引中的大多數將小於 1 GB，並且創建的最新索引將保存從 ISYS 轉換的大部分數據。
 
2.- 運行日記或歷史存檔活動的用戶觀察到，當創建新的月份資料夾時，SourceOne 會創建 2 個 ElasticSearch 索引。
使用者會在新建立的月份資料夾上看到 2 個 ElasticSearch 索引：1 索引將僅包含幾 MB 的資訊，下一個索引將包含要添加到 month 資料夾的大部分數據。

Cause

此問題是由軟體缺陷

引起的，此問題可能是 ElasticSearch 集群和運行超過 1 個歸檔伺服器的環境中的性能問題引起的。
當超過 1 個歸檔伺服器擷取交易檔案 （xvlts） 或 .convert 檔案 （將 ISYS 轉換為 ElasticSearch 時），且 ElasticSearch 效能問題會導致在叢集中建立索引的延遲，會導致此問題。這將創建足夠的視窗，在此期間，另一個伺服器可以選取事務檔並確定需要新的ES索引，這可能會導致額外的索引。

Resolution

在 EMC SourceOne Email Management 7.2.7.7034 之後的版本內，其修補程式或 Service Pack 版本已解決此問題 （HFB2）
