Symptoms

ユーザー名の形式。
ECS GUIでActive Directoryユーザー ログインが失敗します。
Active Directoryユーザー ログインの失敗
authsvc(3.2より前)またはobjcontrolsvc(3.2以降)のログに、次のエラーが表示されることがあります。 
2019-07-09T10:01:39,898 [qtp1186841950-348101] ERROR  LocalClient.java (line 59) Exception occurred while interacting with the API server.
com.emc.storageos.objcontrol.object.exception.ObjectAccessException: local user with id : [ domain\user ]  not found

Cause

ユーザー名の形式が正しくありません。

Resolution

Active Directory ユーザー経由でログインする場合、domain>\<username> の形式<は使用できません。
ユーザー名は、username>@<domain>の形式で<使用する必要があります。
