Symptoms

用户名格式。
Active Directory 用户在 ECS GUI 上登录失败。
Active Directory 用户登录失败
在 authsvc（3.2 之前）或 objcontrolsvc（3.2 之后）日志中可以看到以下错误： 
2019-07-09T10:01:39,898 [qtp1186841950-348101] ERROR  LocalClient.java (line 59) Exception occurred while interacting with the API server.
com.emc.storageos.objcontrol.object.exception.ObjectAccessException: local user with id : [ domain\user ]  not found

Cause

用于用户名的格式不正确。

Resolution

<通过 Active Directory 用户登录时，不能使用格式>域\<用户名>。
用户名必须以 username>@<domain>格式<使用。
