Symptoms

- 客戶無法重新設定系統記錄伺服器 IP。將會顯示拒絕訊息 （目前由其他使用者擁有的工作階段）。
- Cisco 光纖服務 （CFS） 已啟用 （syslogd） 功能，且使用者 （USER_X） 具有鎖定，而客戶使用 （USER_Y） 登入。

Cause
鎖定光纖：
配置（首次配置）使用 Cisco 網狀架構服務 （CFS） 基礎架構的思科 NX-OS 功能（或應用程式）時，CFS 工作階段將啟動並鎖定網狀架構。鎖定光纖時，Cisco NX-OS 軟體不允許交換器針對此功能進行組態變更，但持有鎖定的交換器除外。它會發出訊息，通知使用者鎖定狀態。配置更改由該應用程式保存在掛起的資料庫中。
如果您啟動了需要結構鎖定的 CFS 會話，但忘記結束會話，管理員可以清除該會話。如果您隨時鎖定光纖，在每次重新啟動和切換時，系統都會記住您的使用者名稱。如果另一個使用者（在同一台計算機上）嘗試運行配置任務，則該使用者的嘗試將被拒絕。
Resolution
因應措施：
- 檢查 （# show cfs lock name syslogd） 的輸出，以瞭解哪個交換器/使用者有鎖定。
- 登入具有鎖定的交換器/使用者，並執行所需的變更。
解決方案：停止取得組態鎖定的交換器上的組態。

Additional Information
如果 CFS 已鎖定用於 session-mgr，則使用者無法對對應的 CFS 應用程式進行任何與組態相關的變更，其 CFS 鎖定已停滯，或無法執行服務中軟體升級 （ISSU）。
