   2. Both storage processors or the control station are not accessible.
   3. You have logged in to a File or Block system using a local user account not defined on both the File and Block systems.
   Event Code :       0xfffffffffffffff9

Yleisimmin havaituissa tapauksissa Control Stationin vikasietoisuus tai uudelleenkäynnistys aiheuttaa toimialuetiedostojen vioittumisen.

Jos ohjausaseman slot_1 siirtyminen epäonnistuu, Failback ohjausasema kirjautumalla slot_1 Control Stationiin ja käynnistämällä se uudelleen.

Jos pääset Putty-istuntoon (ssh) ohjausasemaan (ensisijainen), kokeile komentoa (kirjoita "yes", kun se kysyy):

[nasadmin@VNX137 ~]$ /nasmcd/sbin/getreason

Jos tulos osoittaa, että:

slot_1 Primary Control station
slot_0 Secondary Control station

Sinun täytyy epäonnistua takaisin ohjausasemassa käynnistämällä slot_1 ohjausasema uudelleen. Kirjaudu sisään root-käyttäjänä (su) ja suorita seuraava komento:

[nasadmin@VNX137 ~]# reboot

Tämä kestää muutaman minuutin, ennen kuin ohjausasema käynnistetään uudelleen ja se tulee esiin alkuperäisessä kokoonpanossa.

Kun ohjausasemat ovat palanneet alkuperäiseen tilaansa, tarkista toimialuetiedostot:

Pääkäyttäjänä suorita komennot alla:
# /nas/http/webui/bin/domain_admin -i <CS_IP>
# /nas/sbin/naviseccli -h SPA -user sysadmin -password sysadmin -scope 0 domain -messner -add -system <CS_IP>
# /nas/http/webui/bin/update_domain_directory.pl

Tarkista sitten päivitetyt verkkotunnustiedostot:
