VNX: VDM Replication failover/switchover/reverse causing duplicate DNS A records. (User Correctable)

Symptoms
VNX OE for FILE 8.1.9 after the reverse/failover/switchover operation the DNS ends up with duplicate IP address for the same cifs server which causes issues accessing the cifs server 50% of the time depending on the response the host gets from the DNS server.
Cause
The source DM is not issuing an update request when the VDM is being unloaded to remove the entry in DNS. The destination is then issuing an update request with the new I.P.

Workaround
Use IP rather than the computer name for client access or manually clean DNS.
