Symptoms
customer is seeing the following messages, in the data mover server log RPC: 3: rpc parsing failed, version 0x4.
Cause
Clients are trying to connect via NFSv4, and NFSv4 isn't enabled on the data mover.
Resolution
Either stop the clients from trying to connect via NFSv4 or enable NFSv4 on the data mover.
