透過 SourceOne Web 搜尋或 Discovery Manager 對這些索引集進行任何搜尋，都會記錄類似以下內容的錯誤：

Index\DropDir 中的索引作業稱為事務。這些作業可以包括新郵件索引 （.xvlts\.txvlts） 和擁有者更新 （.upds\.tupds） 事務，其中事務包含對需要編製索引或需要更新擁有權的單個郵件的引用。

當多次嘗試后，ExAsIdxobj.exe\ExAsElasticIDxObj.exe進程無法處理位於索引 DropDir 資料夾中的事務檔中引用的消息時，將發生未執行的事務。有問題的交易檔案會從索引 DropDir 移至 DropDir\Intermediary 資料夾，且為相關交易設定的相關索引會置於 SourceOne Email Management Console 的未執行交易狀態。

若要解決此問題，請執行下列步驟。

重新處理交易檔案

1.    標識標記為“未執行的事務”的索引集的“DropDir\Intermediary”資料夾中的關聯事務檔。檔案名稱將採用以下命名格式：

ArchiveFolder_YearMonth_IndexSet.xvlts 或 ArchiveFolder_YearMonth_IndexSet.upds

2.    將檔案從中間資料夾移回 DropDir 資料夾，並允許其再次處理。

3.    如果事務處理成功，關聯的索引集將被標記為可用，事務檔將從 DropDir 中刪除。

4.    如果事務檔再次移動到中間資料夾，請嘗試重建索引集。

注意：請務必不要將事務從中間資料夾複製到 DropDir。必須移動該檔。

重建索引集

1.    如果重新處理事務檔再次移動到 DropDir\Intermediary 資料夾中，請嘗試重建有問題的索引集。

2.    重新生成完成並將索引集標記為「可用」狀態后，從 DropDir\Intermediary 資料夾中刪除關聯的事務檔。

便條：如果重新處理交易檔案和重新建置索引集無法解決問題，建議升級至最新版本的 SourceOne Email Management。升級完成後，應重複相同的解決步驟。
