Symptoms
Upgrade naar vCenter 6.5 en/of upgrade naar AppSync 3.5 was betrokken in situaties waarin dit probleem zich voordeed.
Bij het herstellen van een kopie van een virtuele machine vanuit AppSync mislukt het serviceplan met de volgende fout.

AppSync geeft een opdracht "queryUnresolvedVmfsVolume" uit aan vCenter als onderdeel van het proces om de datastore aan de ESX-host te koppelen.
VCenter retourneert niet tijdig een antwoord, waardoor AppSync mislukt bij het terugzetten.

Resolution
Dit probleem is opgelost in AppSync 3.7, waardoor het aantal nieuwe pogingen voor "queryUnresolvedVmfsVolume" toeneemt en ook het tijdsinterval tussen de pogingen toeneemt.

Opmerking: Dit probleem kan zich ook voordoen bij het koppelen van een kopie van een VMware-datastore zonder herstel, omdat de opdracht queryUnresolvedVmfsVolume ook in dit scenario wordt gebruikt.
