Symptoms

SRM Toplayıcısı başarıyla başlatılamıyor. 

Bu sorun, SRM 3.7.x ten SRM sürüm 4.0.3'e yükseltildiğinde ve 4.1'de devam ederken görünebilir.

NetApp toplayıcısı birkaç günde bir durur. NetApp Collector günlükleri aşağıdaki hatayı gösterir:

Komutu çalıştırın ps  ef | grep 22 sorunu olan toplayıcı ana bilgisayarında. NetApp Collector, NetApp aygıtlarıyla iletişim kurmak için 22 numaralı bağlantı noktasını kullanır. Bu durumda, toplam 1322 TCP bağlantısı FIN_WAIT1:

Cause

TCP bağlantılarının sayısı sınıra ulaşana kadar artar ve toplayıcının diğer aygıtlarla iletişim kurmak için yeni TCP bağlantıları yapmasını durdurur.

Resolution

Bu sorunu çözmek için güvenlik duvarının Birincil Arka Uçta sıfırlanması gerekir.

  1. Birincil Arka Uç sunucunuzda SSH oturumu açın ve ardından aşağıdaki iki komutu çalıştırın:
/sbin/SuSEfirewall2 off

/sbin/SuSEfirewall2  on
  1. İşlem tamamlandıktan sonra NetApp Collector ana bilgisayarına SSH ile bağlanın ve aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırın ( FIN_WAIT1 bağlantı artık görülmemelidir):
