Symptoms

Zwischen Unity und dem CTA-Server kann keine DHSM-Verbindung hergestellt werden. Dieser Fehler wird angezeigt, wenn versucht wird, die Verbindung vom CTA-Server herzustellen:

ACD authentication: Failed. No matching connection was found for the secondary target.  The connection will be created automatically after the first archiver run involving this primary and secondary.  If you want to verify the authentication credentials you must create a secondary connection for the primary on the control station.

Cause

Die URL (Hostname) des CTA-Servers enthält ein ungültiges Zeichen, z. B. einen Unterstrich.

Resolution

Ändern Sie den Hostnamen des CTA in einen gültigen Namen. In diesem Fall wurde durch Entfernen des Unterstrichs ein gültiger Name erreicht. 

Beispiel: 
Original hostname: cta01_abc.xxxxx.com

Updated hostname: cta01abc.xxxxx.com
