Symptoms

No se puede crear una conexión DHSM entre Unity y el servidor CTA. Este error se observa cuando se intenta crear la conexión desde el servidor CTA:

ACD authentication: Failed. No matching connection was found for the secondary target.  The connection will be created automatically after the first archiver run involving this primary and secondary.  If you want to verify the authentication credentials you must create a secondary connection for the primary on the control station.

Cause

La dirección URL (nombre de host) del servidor CTA contiene un carácter no válido, como un guion bajo.

Resolution

Cambie el nombre de host de la llamada a la acción por un nombre válido. En este caso, se alcanzó un nombre válido mediante la eliminación del guión bajo. 

Ejemplo: 
Original hostname: cta01_abc.xxxxx.com

Updated hostname: cta01abc.xxxxx.com
