Symptoms

Não é possível criar uma conexão DHSM entre o Unity e o servidor CTA. Esse erro é visto ao tentar criar a conexão a partir do servidor CTA:

ACD authentication: Failed. No matching connection was found for the secondary target.  The connection will be created automatically after the first archiver run involving this primary and secondary.  If you want to verify the authentication credentials you must create a secondary connection for the primary on the control station.

Cause

A URL (nome do host) do servidor CTA contém um caractere inválido, como um sublinhado.

Resolution

Altere o nome de host do CTA para um nome válido. Nesse caso, um nome válido foi alcançado removendo o sublinhado. 

Exemplo: 
Original hostname: cta01_abc.xxxxx.com

Updated hostname: cta01abc.xxxxx.com
