Symptoms
在 Unity 中擴充 VMware 資料存放區時，當虛擬機器正在資料存放區上執行時，會導致下列錯誤：

失敗：儲存伺服器偵測到 VMware Hypervisor 內部故障。Please review the event logs on the VMware hypervisor side.（錯誤代碼：0x5c0000c）。
失敗：儲存伺服器無法在 VMware Hypervisor 中找到指定的 LUN。（錯誤代碼：0x5c00009）。
復原結果：Task was rolled back and marked as failed.This is because some tasks failed or SP rebooted during task execution.(錯誤代碼：0x100a）。
資料存放區的新容量會反映在 Unisphere：

Cause
從 vSphere 6.0 變更至 vSphere 6.5 的邏輯變更。

Resolution
僅當展開正在執行 VM 的 DS 時，才會發生錯誤。若要反映 VSphere 端的容量增加，請在 VSphere 中使用「增加資料存放區容量」功能手動增加容量。
