Symptoms
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)は、レポートの実行後に結果を表示できません。レポートがロードされ、レポート条件を入力できるようになります。「レポートを表示」を押すと、画面の下部は空白のままになります。レポート データをエクスポートすると、画面に表示されるはずのレポート データがエクスポートに入力されます。
Cause
この問題は、Microsoft SQL Server Reporting ServicesがMicrosoft SQL Server 2008 R2または2012で実行されており、Microsoft以外のブラウザー(ChromeやSafariなど)を使用してレポートを表示している場合に発生します。
Resolution
SQL 2008 R2 または SQL 2012 で Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) が実行されている場合は、Internet Explorer (バージョン 6 から 10) などの Microsoft がサポートしている Web ブラウザーを使用してレポートを表示します。古いバージョンの SSRS では、Apple Safari や Google Chrome などの WebKit ベースのブラウザーがサポートされていない場合があります。レポート表示は、IE 10、IE 11、Edgeなどの新しいMicrosoftブラウザーでも機能しない場合があります。
