Symptoms

Active Directory （AD） 和轻型目录访问协议 （LDAP） 搜索基数太大。超过 ECS LDAP 超时值。这会导致域用户间歇性登录失败

Cause

当前 AD 或 LDAP 搜索库必须在 AD 或 LDAP 服务器上的大量文件夹中查找用户，并且在 1000 毫秒的 ECS LDAP 超时期限内无法成功。

通常情况下，搜索库将分配给 AD 服务器的根位置。

Resolution

故障处理

  1. 将搜索基础临时更改为受间歇性登录失败影响的测试用户的直接位置。
  2. 多次以该用户身份登录以确认登录成功。
  3. 如果用户现在不断成功登录，则搜索基础大小将超过默认的 LDAP 超时问题 1000 毫秒。

 

解决方案

  • 选项 1
将搜索基础从 AD 服务器根目录位置更改为更具体的位置，以便不超过 1000 毫秒的 LDAP 超时值。
  • 选项 2
如果用户无法限制搜索库的大小，则必须在 AD 服务器的根位置设置搜索库。创建服务请求 （SR） 并引用本文，以便戴尔支持人员查看 LDAP 超时配置值。在联合中的所有 VDC 上实施 LDAP 超时更改之前，ECS 必须处于最低代码级别 3.4.0.1。

Additional Information

每当有 ECS 软件更新时，LDAP 超时值都会更改为默认值 1000 毫秒。确保在升级后检查并更改为配置的值。
