Symptoms

V následujícím prostředí došlo k problému s modulem NetWorker pro instalaci nebo upgrade společnosti Microsoft.

  • Server NetWorker v8.2.3.8
  • Upgrade klienta NetWorker v8.2.1.7 na verzi 8.2.4.4 a novější upgrade na verzi 9.1.0.5. (Klient + NMM)

Cause

Kvůli změně instalace produktu v platformě NetWorker 9.X je před instalací a konfigurací modulu NetWorker Module for Microsoft vyžadována instalace klienta NetWorker Extended.

Resolution

PROCEDURA:

  • Odinstalace klienta NMM + NetWorker 8.2.4.X z uzlu SQL
  • Instalace balíčku NetWorker Client + NetWorker Extended.
