Der er et problem med NetWorker-modulet til Microsoft-installation eller -opgradering i følgende miljø.

  • NetWorker-server v8.2.3.8
  • NetWorker Client v8.2.1.7 opgraderer 8.2.4.4 og opgraderer senere til 9.1.0.5. (klient + NMM)

Cause

På grund af ændringer i produktinstallationen i NetWorker 9.X er installation af NetWorker udvidet klient påkrævet før installation og konfiguration af NetWorker Module til Microsoft.

Resolution

PROCEDURE:

  • Afinstaller NMM + NetWorker-klient 8.2.4.X fra SQL-noden
  • Installer NetWorker-klienten + den udvidede NetWorker-pakke.
