Symptoms

次の環境でのNetWorker Module for Microsoftのインストールまたはアップグレードに問題があります。

  • NetWorkerサーバーv8.2.3.8
  • NetWorker Client v8.2.1.7、8.2.4.4、およびそれ以降のアップグレードを9.1.0.5にアップグレードします。(クライアント+ NMM)

Cause

NetWorker 9.Xでは、製品のインストールが変更されたため、NetWorker Module for Microsoftのインストールと構成の前に、NetWorker拡張クライアントをインストールする必要があります。

Resolution

プロシージャ：

  • NMM + NetWorkerクライアント8.2.4.XをSQLノードからアンインストールする
  • NetWorkerクライアント + NetWorker拡張パッケージをインストールします。
