Symptoms

Er is een probleem met de NetWorker-module voor Microsoft-installatie of -upgrade in de volgende omgeving.

  • NetWorker Server v8.2.3.8
  • NetWorker Client v8.2.1.7 upgrade 8.2.4.4 en latere upgrade naar 9.1.0.5. (Klant + NMM)

Cause

Als gevolg van een wijziging in de productinstallatie in NetWorker 9.X is de installatie van de NetWorker Extended Client vereist voordat NetWorker Module for Microsoft wordt geïnstalleerd en geconfigureerd.

Resolution

PROCEDURE:

  • NMM + NetWorker-client 8.2.4.X verwijderen uit SQL-knooppunt
  • Installeer het NetWorker client + NetWorker Extended-pakket.
