Symptoms

  • NetWorker 伺服器 v8.2.3.8
  • NetWorker Client v8.2.1.7 升級 8.2.4.4，更新版本升級至 9.1.0.5。（用戶端 + NMM）

Cause

由於 NetWorker 9.X 中的產品安裝變更，因此必須在 NetWorker 模組之前安裝 NetWorker 延伸用戶端，才能進行Microsoft安裝和設定。

Resolution

手續：

  • 從 SQL 節點解除安裝 NMM + NetWorker 用戶端 8.2.4.X
  • 安裝 NetWorker 用戶端 + NetWorker 擴充套裝。
