Symptoms

現在、Outlookストア外でのRestore on COPY/Restore on MOVEは、SourceOne Offline Accessでサポートされていません。

Outlookストアの外部での移動中は、[Restore on COPY]/[Restore on MOVE]が[Offline Access]で機能しません。

Cause

MicrosoftはOutlook 2010以降にソフトウェアの変更を実装したため、SourceOne開発チームはこの動作を改善できません。これにより、オフライン アクセス ソフトウェアが重要なプロパティを収集して、Outlookストアの外部でショートカット メッセージを復元することができなくなります。

Resolution

これは、Microsoftによって行われた変更のため、現在SourceOne Offline Accessではサポートされていません。

回避策として、次の手順を使用できます。

-Outlookストアの外部に移動/コピーする必要があるショートカットメッセージを開きます
-- [ファイル] > [名前を付けて保存] に移動し、メッセージを保存する場所を選択します
-- このプロセスを完了すると、復元されたメッセージが表示されます。
