Symptoms
目前，SourceOne 離線存取不支援在 Outlook 商店外移動時進行複製時還原/還原。
在 Outlook Store 之外進行移動時，複製時還原/移動時還原無法搭配離線存取使用。

Cause
SourceOne 開發團隊無法改進此行為，因為Microsoft自 Outlook 2010 以來實施的軟體更改將不允許離線訪問軟體收集重要屬性以在 Outlook 儲存之外執行快捷方式郵件的還原。
Resolution
由於 SourceOne 離線存取目前不支援 Microsoft 所做的變更。

-- 打開您需要在 Outlook 商店之外移動/複製的快捷方式消息。
-- 轉到檔 > 另存為，選擇要保存消息的位置。
