Symptoms

Задания архива журнала управления электронной почтой SourceOne завершаются сбоем со следующими ошибками ExAsArchive.exe.log зарегистрированными в файле, расположенном на серверах архива обработки: 
Failed to Store Message 

601487AA42C6BAA8D50140735ECCFC0F0C52F46DEE296B1800 in Folder: Archiveservername (0x86042707) 
Unknown error (0x80040451)

The function call: {Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.FolderMessage'.'IX_FolderMessage_VolumeId' in database 'ES1Archive' because the 'Archiveservername' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup. Native error: 1105 SQL State: 42000 } , failed.         (0x8604013D)

Cause

На диске, где хранится база данных SourceOne Archive на сервере SQL недостаточно свободного места.

Resolution

Увеличьте дисковое пространство на сервере SQL, на котором хранится база данных SourceOne Archive, или измените местоположение хранения базы данных. Дополнительные сведения о перемещении данных SQL можно найти в руководстве по администрированию.
