Cause
如果發生 DNS 解析問題，將會出現無法判定用戶端主機名稱的問題。如果在 NetWorker 的用戶端屬性中設定了無效的用戶端並行度，將會傳回無效的用戶端並行度參數。
Resolution
1.從 NetWorker 伺服器和用戶端確認用戶端的 DNS 解析。正向 （FQDN）、反向和短名稱解析應正確返回。這是使用 OS nslookup 命令完成;但是， 也可以使用 nsrports ：
2.用戶端 並行度從 NMC 變更。開啟用戶端屬性，並前往「全域 （1/2）」標籤：
nsrports -tclient_name

注意：nsrports 命令也會檢查連接埠 7938 上的用戶端連接埠連線能力。可以通過在命令中加入 -p port # 來檢查不同的埠。
