Symptoms

文件系统备份失败，并显示“无效的客户端并行度参数”。

操作日志显示以下内容：     
181407:save: Step (1 of 5) for PID-4412: Save has been started on the client 'Incorrect_Client_Hostname'.
174412:save: Step (2 of 5) for PID-4412: Running the backup on the client 'Incorrect_Client_Hostname' for the save set 'pseudo_saveset'.
182135:save: Unable to determine the hostname or host alias.
133075:save: new_sdthreadparam_from_path: Invalid client parallelism parameter.
113706:save: save: Call to new_sdthreadparam_from_path to create sd_param is unsuccessful.
--- Job Indications ---
Actual_Client_Hostname:pseudo_saveset: retried 4 times.

Cause

如果存在 DNS 解析问题，将显示客户端的无法确定主机名。如果在 NetWorker 中的客户端属性中设置了无效的客户端并行度，则会返回无效的客户端并行度参数。

Resolution

1.从 NetWorker 服务器和客户端确认客户端的 DNS 解析。正向 （FQDN）、反向和短名称解析应正确返回。这是通过 OS nslookup 命令完成的;但是， nsrports 也可用于：
nsrports -tclient_name

示例：

提醒：nsrports 命令还会检查端口 7938 上的客户端端口连接。可以通过在命令中添加 -p port # 来检查不同的端口。
