Symptoms

При выполнении команды «symdm create» для NDM отображается следующая ошибка: 

STARTING a DM 'CREATE VALIDATE' operation for SG 'MY_STORAGE GROUP'.

EMC:SYMDM                 devmask_select_portg The initiator 50***************224 does not meet the DM minimal number of ports requirement

Cause

Инициатор, на который указывает ссылка в журнале, находится в исходном дисковом массиве.
В данном случае он не был авторизован в кадр
.Он также не был зонирован на удаленный новый кадр. 


 

Resolution

Хост, на который пожаловался NDM, удален из группы инициаторов, и команда успешно выполнена:
