Symptoms

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.xまたはCentOS 8.xを実行しているホストにインストールされているMDM。

現象

次の場合は、次のエラーが表示されます。 showevents.py は、直接実行することも、「Get Info」などの別のユーティリティを使用して実行することもできます。

問題

MDMイベントを表示または収集することはできません。

Cause

「 showevents.py ユーティリティは Python 2 とのみ互換性があります。

Resolution

次の手順を実行します。

  • Python 2がすべてのMDMマネージャー ホストで使用可能であることを確認します。

  • ユーティリティのインタプリタを Python 2.
    に変更しますユーティリティの最初の行 (シバン シーケンス) を次のように変更します。

    #!/usr/bin/python2
