Symptoms

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.x 또는 CentOS 8.x를 실행하는 호스트에 설치된 MDM

증상

다음과 같은 경우 다음 오류가 나타납니다. showevents.py 직접 수행되거나 '정보 가져오기'와 같은 다른 유틸리티를 사용하여 수행됩니다.

Cause

이 showevents.py 유틸리티는 Python 2와만 호환됩니다.

Resolution

다음 단계를 수행합니다.

  • 모든 MDM 관리자 호스트에서 Python 2를 사용할 수 있는지 확인합니다.

  • 유틸리티의 인터프리터를 Python 2로 변경합니다.
    유틸리티의 첫 번째 줄(셔뱅 시퀀스)을 다음과 같이 변경합니다.

    #!/usr/bin/python2
