Symptoms

MDM geïnstalleerd op een host waarop Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.x of CentOS 8.x wordt uitgevoerd.

Symptomen

De volgende fout wordt weergegeven wanneer showevents.py rechtstreeks of met behulp van een ander hulpprogramma wordt uitgevoerd, zoals 'informatie ophalen'.

Impact

MDM-gebeurtenissen kunnen niet worden bekeken of verzameld.

Cause

De showevents.py hulpprogramma is alleen compatibel met Python 2.

Resolution

Voer de volgende stappen uit.

  • Controleer of Python 2 beschikbaar is op alle MDM Manager-hosts.

  • Wijzig de interpreter van het hulpprogramma in Python 2.
    Wijzig de eerste regel van het hulpprogramma (shebang-sequentie) in het volgende:

    #!/usr/bin/python2
