將 Dell-EMC SourceOne 資料庫移至新的 SQL 伺服器，且網站使用相同的 SQL 伺服器別名後，Dell-EMC SourceOne Email Management 工作在主控台應用程式的 EMC SourceOne 工作節點中被標記為「失敗」。
指派工作之 SourceOne 工作伺服器上的 EMC 事件記錄記錄 SQL 連線錯誤：「

SQL Server 不存在或存取遭拒」。

Cause

當使用“SQL 用戶端配置實用程式”在 SourceOne 伺服器上配置 SQL 伺服器配置，並且尚未使用新的 SQL 伺服器資訊更新配置時，可能會出現此問題。即使odbcad32.exe設定正確，SQL 用戶端仍會重新導向至舊的 SQL 伺服器。

Resolution

在 Dell-EMC SourceOne 伺服器上執行 C：\Windows\SYSWOW64\cliconfg.exe。
如果別名標籤空白，則此解決方案不適用。
如果「別名」標籤上有項目，且別名對目前的 SQL Server 有效，
請編輯連線，並使用新的 SQL 伺服器名稱或 IP 位址更新「伺服器名稱」。
