将 Dell-EMC SourceOne 数据库移至新的 SQL 服务器并且站点使用相同的 SQL Server 别名后，Dell-EMC SourceOne Email Management 作业在控制台应用程序的 EMC SourceOne 作业节点中标记为“失败”。
分配了作业的 SourceOne 工作机上的 EMC 事件日志记录了 SQL 连接错误

：“SQL Server does not exist or access denied”。

Cause

当已使用“SQL 客户端配置实用程序”在 SourceOne 服务器上配置 SQL Server 配置并且尚未使用新的 SQL Server 信息更新配置时，可能会出现此问题。即使 odbcad32.exe 设置正确，SQL 客户端也会重定向到旧的 SQL Server。

Resolution

在 Dell-EMC SourceOne 服务器上运行 C：\Windows\SYSWOW64\cliconfg.exe。
如果Alias选项卡为空，则此解决方案不适用。
如果“别名”选项卡上有条目，并且别名对当前 SQL Server 有效，
请编辑连接并使用新的 SQL Server 名称或 IP 地址更新“服务器名称”。
