AvamarからData Domainへのすべてのバックアップが次で失敗しました。

次のコマンドを実行すると、チェックポイントが無効と表示され、エラーが報告されます。

「DDR認証フラグ」は 、次のmcserver.xmlで無効になっています。

Cause

誤ったDD BoostパスワードがAvamar側から何度も頻繁に試行されるため、ロックされてAvamarへのすべての接続が閉じられます。

DD BoostユーザーとしてData DomainへのSSH接続を試行すると、X回のログインに失敗したためアカウントがロックされていると表示されます。

Data Domainアカウントの場合、次のコマンドの出力では、DD Boostユーザーが有効になっていることが示されます。

レジストリー設定が正しいことが検証されました。

ddfs.info は、Avamar IPアドレスからの認証の失敗を示しています。

Resolution

Dellサポートに連絡し、AvamarおよびData Domainサポート チームと連携して解決策を適用してください。

この解決方法は、同じDD Boostユーザーを使用する各Avamarで従う必要があります。

Additional Information

誤ったパスワードではなく、期限切れのDD Boostパスワードも、この問題の原因となる可能性があります。
