Vaikka virhe "Err: 5009-filecopy-toiminto epäonnistui (nfs: I/O error)" on yleinen virhe Data Domain -ongelmissa. Pääsyyn selvittäminen edellyttää lisätutkimuksia Data Domainista.

Tässä tapauksessa ongelma johtui siitä, että salausta ei ollut määritetty samalla tavalla lähde- ja kohdetoimialueilla.
