Även om felet "Err: 5009-filecopy-åtgärden misslyckades (nfs: I/O error)" är ett allmänt fel för Data Domain-problem. Mer undersökning krävs på Data Domain för att hitta grundorsaken.

I det här fallet orsakades problemet av att kryptering inte konfigurerades på samma sätt på käll- och måldomänerna.
