無聲模式安裝不會填入 SourceOne 擷取伺服器詳細資料。
執行離線存取無訊息安裝命令後，如下所示 （使用 CMD 與管理員權限）：
ES1_OfflineAccess.exe /s /v“/qn /L*v C：\EMC_OfflineAccess.log INSTALLDIR=C：\Users\s1service\Downloads EX_TCP_PRIMARY_SERVER=Retrieval_SourceOne EX_TCP_PRIMARY_PORT=8001 EX_TCP_SECONDARY_SERVER=Retrieval_SourceOne EX_TCP_SECONDARY_PORT=8002 REBOOT=ReallySuppress ”
雖然在檢閱離線存取組態設定時， 伺服器設定 不會包含任何有關 SourceOne 擷取伺服器的詳細資料，但安裝會順利完成，沒有任何問題。
Cause
上述問題狀態的原因與缺乏對 Windows 資料夾的權限有關。執行 CMD 的使用者僅具有 C：\Windows 的讀取權限。
本機系統管理員群組成員只有唯讀權限。
