Symptoms

Windows VSS 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

avvss Error <8801>:
ERROR: Win32 call L"GetVolumePathNameW" failed.
avvss Error <12077>: VSS returned an error message exiting HR = 0x8007007b

 

Cause

이 오류는 avtar 바이너리가 볼륨 경로를 "\\globalroot\\device\\harddiskvolume1"과 같이 처리하도록 하는 코드 문제로 인해 발생합니다. 이 볼륨 경로는 파티션 경로가 아니라 마운트 지점으로 표시됩니다.

 

Resolution

이 문제를 해결합니다.

  • Avamar Server를 로 업그레이드합니다.
    • 19.4.100-124 이상
  • 이 수정 사항은 Avamar 19.4 이상 소프트웨어 릴리스에 포함되어 있습니다.
