Avamar: Ripristino a livello di file VMware - FLR - Non riuscito: "Il nome del file VMDK non è valido o presente"

Se si tenta di eseguire FLR su Avamar con Data Domain, viene visualizzato il seguente errore:
"Il nome del file VMDK non è valido o presente. Verificare che il proxy sia stato registrato correttamente utilizzando il metodo supportato nella documentazione.

Il file /usr/local/avamar/var/axionfs<uuuid>.log dal proxy usato per il backup mostra un errore simile al seguente:

Unable to find backed up VMDK images for: /mnt/dunion/vc.example/com/VirtualMachines/VM_UBNsDNRK5H3GJv7yiD7ynQ/by-number/0000001

Il processo FLR può connettersi ad Avamar per recuperare i metadati, ma non è in grado di connettersi a Data Domain a causa di un problema SSL.

Questo problema è descritto in I backup o i ripristini di Avamar da o verso Data Domain hanno esito negativo o vengono completati con eccezioni con messaggi di errore che menzionano "5341" ed "errore della libreria SSL"

Nel proxy utilizzato per FLR , aggiungere i seguenti flag nel file axionfs.cmd percorso /usr/local/avamar/var/:

--ddr-auth-enabled=false
--ddr-encrypt-strength=none
--ddr-auth-mode=3

In alternativa, è possibile aggiungere la seguente opzione alle opzioni di ripristino:

[avtar]ddr-auth-enabled=false
[avtar]ddr-encrypt-strength=none

A tale scopo, utilizzare l'interfaccia utente di Avamar, attenersi alla seguente procedura:

Select the More Options button at the bottom right on the restore window
Select the More button near the bottom right.
Put this in Enter Attribute - [avtar]ddr-auth-enabled
Put this in Under Enter Attribute Value: false
Click the + button
Put this in Enter Attribute - [avtar]ddr-encrypt-strength
Put this in Under Enter Attribute Value: none
Click the + button
Click OK, Then OK again.

Una risoluzione simile è disponibile nei backup o nei ripristini Avamar da o verso Data Domain: non riesce o viene completato con eccezioni con messaggi di errore che menzionano "5341" e "errore della libreria SSL"
