Avamar: VMware 파일 레벨 복원 - FLR - 실패: "VMDK 파일 이름이 잘못되었거나 존재하지 않습니다."

Data Domain을 사용하여 Avamar에서 FLR을 시도하면 다음 오류가 표시됩니다
. "VMDK 파일 이름이 유효하지 않거나 존재하지 않습니다. 설명서에서 지원되는 방법을 사용하여 프록시가 올바르게 등록되었는지 확인합니다."

백업에 사용되는 프록시의 /usr/local/avamar/var/axionfs<uuuid>.log 파일에 다음과 유사한 오류가 표시됩니다.

FLR 프로세스는 Avamar에 연결하여 메타데이터를 검색할 수 있지만 SSL 문제로 인해 Data Domain에 연결할 수 없습니다.

FLR에 사용되는 프록시에서 /usr/local/avamar/var/ 경로 아래의 axionfs.cmd 파일에 다음 플래그를 추가합니다.

--ddr-auth-enabled=false
--ddr-encrypt-strength=none
--ddr-auth-mode=3

복원 옵션에 다음 옵션을 추가할 수도 있습니다.

[avtar]ddr-encrypt-strength=none

Select the More Options button at the bottom right on the restore window
Select the More button near the bottom right.
Put this in Enter Attribute - [avtar]ddr-auth-enabled
Put this in Under Enter Attribute Value: false
Click the + button
Put this in Enter Attribute - [avtar]ddr-encrypt-strength
Put this in Under Enter Attribute Value: none
Click the + button
Click OK, Then OK again.
