Cause

快閃記憶體裝置未按照 Cisco 問題「CSCuv67115」掛接。

此問題最初只會發生在處於待機狀態的監管程式上。此問題不會透過 ISSU/D、系統切換或重新載入修正，而且會在處於使用中狀態的監管程式上發現。

Logflash 僅用於儲存除錯命令的輸出。系統穩定運作不需要此程序。

 

Resolution

因應措施：
將受影響的管理引擎重新啟動電源。
在雙監管引擎系統中，這是透過 out-of-service module 命令，並使用 no poweroff module 命令。請確定監管程式處於待機模式，以避免復原影響系統的穩定性。

若要將模組重新開機，電源供應 reload 或 system switchover 命令。

 

例：
命令：

  1. 確認待機監管程式處於 HA 待機狀態：

    show system redundancy status

  2. 關閉待機監管程式模組的電源：

    out-of-service module <standby sup>

  3. 開啟待機監管程式的電源：

    no poweroff <standby sup>

  4. 等待 HA 待命：

    show system redundancy status

監控交換器顯示記錄輸出，以查看 EXT3-fs 錯誤訊息是否仍在交換器上記錄。如果錯誤仍在記錄中，請切換到待機監管程式並重複上述步驟 1-4。
