VxRail：重置 Dell VxRail Manager 的 root 密码

Symptoms
如果密码丢失，管理员可以重置 VxRail Manager root 密码。
Cause
root 密码可能已丢失。
Resolution
请按照以下步骤重置 root 密码：
- 从 vCenter 为 VxRail Manager 虚拟机 （VM） 重新启动来宾（请勿重置），然后在下面的屏幕中按 E（图 1）。

- 添加
init=/bin/bash如下图所示（图2中显示为红色方块），然后 按F10 or Control+X.

- 通过键入以下命令更改 密码
passwd，然后 更新 新密码。您可能会看到以下错误（图 3）：

如果您看到 "Authentication token lock busy,“error， type：
mount -o remount rw -t ext3 / chmod -v 4711 /usr/bin/passwd

- 通过键入以下命令再次更改密码：
passwd，然后 更新 新密码。

- 退出 VxRail Manager 控制台， 然后单击重新启动来宾 或关闭电源，然后从 vCenter 打开 VxRail Manager 虚拟机。
重要说明：如果您从虚拟机电源选项中选择了“重置”，而不是重新启动来宾或关闭电源，则您在 GRUB 中所做的更改将被恢复。您必须再次执行这些步骤，并使用正确的虚拟机电源选项。
