Symptoms
NetWorker 远程执行服务无法在 Windows 群集节点上启动
- 当节点处于活动状态时，NetWorker 服务将无法启动
- 群集具有多个磁盘
- 如果节点处于被动状态（并且节点上不存在群集拥有的磁盘），则 NetWorker 服务将启动
- 从命令行手动启动 nsrexecd 可正常工作
Cause
由于与群集关联的额外磁盘，NetWorker 无法在 Windows 默认的 30 秒超时时间内启动。
Resolution
将服务启动超时更改为更大的值，以允许 NetWorker 启动所需的额外时间。
- 单击“开始”，单击“运行”，键入 regedit，然后单击“确定”。
- 找到并单击以下注册表子项：
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
- 在“编辑”菜单上，指向“新建”，然后单击“DWORD 值”。
- 键入 ServicesPipeTimeout，然后按 Enter。
- 右键单击“ServicesPipeTimeout”，然后单击“修改”。
- 单击“十进制”，键入 119000，然后单击“确定”。
- 重新启动计算机。
