Symptoms

Wenn der GST-Service vorübergehend nicht funktioniert, sind mehrere Neustarts erforderlich, um sich bei der NMC anzumelden.

Cause

Die NMC-Datenbank (NetWorker Management Console) ist inkonsistent oder der Zugriff auf die Datenbank schlägt zeitweise fehl.
