Symptoms

L'arresto intermittente del servizio GST richiede più riavvii per accedere a NMC.

Cause

Il database di NetWorker Management Console (NMC) non è coerente o l'accesso al database ha esito negativo in modo intermittente.

Il registro GST può mostrare i seguenti errori.

Resolution

Installare NMC su un altro host per verificare la reinstallazione e risolvere il problema.

Procedura per reinstallare il server NMC.

  • Disinstallare NetWorker Management Console (NMC): non disinstallare il software del server NetWorker
  • Rinominare la cartella NMC (cartella "Management").
  • Installare nuovamente NetWorker Management Console (NMC) e configurarlo.

Se sono disponibili backup del database NMC recenti e validi, potrebbe essere utile ripristinare il database NMC.
