Symptoms

Периодически перестает функционировать служба GST, требуется несколько перезапусков для входа в NMC.

Cause

База данных консоли управления NetWorker Management Console (NMC) несогласованна, или к ней периодически происходят сбои.

В журнале GST могут отображаться следующие ошибки:

Resolution

Установка NMC на другом хосте для проверки переустановки устраните проблему.

Процедура переустановки сервера NMC.

  • Удалите NetWorker Management Console (NMC), не удаляя серверное программное обеспечение NetWorker
  • Переименуйте папку NMC (папку «Управление»).
  • Снова установите NetWorker Management Console (NMC) и настройте его.

Если имеются недавние исправные резервные копии базы данных NMC, может помочь восстановление базы данных NMC.
